What is Aspire?
Aspire is a premier TPA firm, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, that offers personalized healthcare administration solutions to individuals, insurers, and healthcare providers. How can I access the APP?

Once you downloaded Aspire APP, you only need your email address to register, and it will guide you on 4 simple steps, once completed you will be able to login.

How can I register on the Aspire App?

You can register in Aspire App by using any 2 combination on one of the following :
1. Phone number.
2. Emirates ID number.
3. Date of birth.
4. Email.

How can i reset my password?

You can easily and securely reset your password via the Aspire app.

On the login screen, click on “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions. Make sure to enter the correct OTP received to complete the reset.

Does Aspire issues physical cards?

Emirates ID is equivalent to your insurance card.

E-card is an electronic version of your insurance card, which can be accessed via Aspire Mobile App’s Home Page.

How will I request for an insurance certificate?
Insurance certificates will be issued by the insurance company and can be obtained by reaching out to your Broker or HR or insurance company.
What is the “Health” section in Aspire App?

Health section in Aspire App provides you the following services:
1. Symptom Checker – feeling off but not sure it’s serious? Navigate through your symptoms. (Note that these are not an actual diagnosis, please consult your doctor.)
2. eHealth – to book an online consultation with one of our health professionals.
3. Wellness – see your wellness score, associated risk factors, and access a library of resources.
4. Health record – view your health data, including use of the above options.

What is a healthcare provider?
These include hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and other alternative medicince facilities which are licensed to provide medical services.
How will I check the providers covered under my policy?

You can easily access the list of providers covered by your policy under the “Providers” section in the Aspire APP and simply navigate using the geo-location map and filters.

What is a medical claim?
When you visit the doctor, hospital or other healthcare facility, the service provider generates a bill/invoice against the services provided to you. The details of the service along with the invoice is referred to as medical claims.
What is a reimbursement claim?
A medical claim that was submitted by the patient to the insurance company for reimbursement and will be processed accoording to your policy’s terms and conditions.
What is a direct billing Service/Claim ?
These are medical claims submitted to directly to the insurance company to process for payment.
How do I submit claims?

You can submit your claims by clicking on the “Submit claim” in the Aspire App and follow the steps.

How can I follow-up or check the status of my claims?
Aspire app will send you a notification whenever there is an update on the status of your claim.
To view the status, you can navigate in “View Policy” > “My Claims“.
Can I view my medical claims history?

in the Aspire app, You can visit “View Policy” and view all your claims history under “My Claims” section.

How can I follow-up or check the status of my pre-authorizations?

Aspire app will send you a notification whenever there is an update on the status of your pre-authorizations.
To view the status, you can navigate in “View Policy” > “My Pre-Authorizations“.

How can I update my bank details?

Initial update of bank details will be requested at the first step when you submit claim in Aspire app.
If you wish to update it, you can go to “Account” section and click on “View Profile” then click on edit button under “Bank Account” section.

How can I update the details for myself and dependents?
To securely update your details for yourself and dependents, Kindly contact your Broker, HR or your insurance company to assist you on the requirements and process.
How can I renew my policy?
To renew your policy, please contact your Broker, HR or your insurance company in order to guide you on the renewal process and requirements.
How can I cancel my policy?
To cancel your policy, please contact your Broker, HR or your insurance company in order to guide you on the policy cancellation process and requirements.
What are the coverage limits as per my policy?
You can view your coverage limits through Aspire APP under “View policy” section and clicking on “My Coverage” option.
How can I enroll my newborn under my insurance?
To enroll your newborn under your policy, Kindly contact your Broker, HR or your insurance company in order to guide you on the process and requirements.
How can I check my policy benefits.

Through Aspire App, you can navigate in “View Policy” and then select “My Benefits“.

Is there is a 24/7 helpline?

What can I do if my Emirates ID is not linked to my insurance policy or at the provider eligibility is not shown?

Please reach out to your HR/brokeror your insurance company to ensure that this is taken care.
Alternatively, you can send an email with your policy details and emirates ID copy to ace@healthaspire.com for further evaluation of your request.
